Teaching should be fun in primary section

The 3rs role in keeping environment safe are: Less use of some thing enhances energy sources. Use things again and again also saves energy and make new things from old ones make environment clean.

1- meditation 2- Be optimistic 3-  good company of same minded people. 4- count the blessings. 5-count your skills. 6-listen to the music of your own choices. 7- never compare with others. 8- regular exercise 9- anger management 10- Reading habit. 11-enjoy nature 12-balanced diet 13-enough sleep
